Project location/address: 4 miles south of town on Valley Road
Project Status: Building permits are allowed on lots where infrastructure has been completed, but further land use approvals have expired and require new approvals from the town.

Project Description: Former approvals consisted of a suburban neighborhood comprising of mainly single-family homes, some multifamily units, commercial amenities, and 18 hole golf course.
