Planning & Zoning Commission
The Gypsum Planning Commission exists to support the Town Planning Department in managing responsible growth and development in the Town of Gypsum. The Planning Commission reviews and approves land use applications including zoning changes, building proposals, etc.
Meetings
Planning Commission Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Gypsum Council Chambers. The general public is welcome to observe meetings and express opportunities or solutions regarding the covered information. Written comments should be submitted to the Community Development Director no later than one week prior to scheduled meeting date.

The commission consists of seven members appointed by the Gypsum Town Council based on their personal and professional backgrounds relevant to this committee.
