There are two applications for the Habitat for Humanity at IK Bar, a Final Plat Amendment and Change in Zoning.

1) Final Plat Amendment (Major) 

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to review the Final Plat Amendment on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, and Town Council will hold a public hearing to review the Final Plat Amendment on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025. The public hearings will be held at 7 PM (MST) or soon thereafter, as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers at 50 Lundgren Boulevard. 

We will be holding these meetings in person and viewable through the Town’s website. To provide public comment, you may attend the public hearings in person or provide comment to Christopher Wagner by Monday, October 27th, 2025 at 9 AM (MST) for the Planning and Zoning Commission, Monday, November 3rd, 2025 at 9 AM (MST) for Town Council.

2) Change in Zoning

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to review the Change in Zoning application on Tuesday, November 5th, 2025. The public hearing will be held at 7 PM (MST) or soon thereafter, as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers at 50 Lundgren Boulevard. 

We will be holding this hearing in person and viewable through the Town’s website. To provide public comment, you may attend the public hearing in person or provide comment for the meeting to Christopher Wagner by Monday, October 27th, 2025 at 9 AM (MST) for the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Town Council will hold a meeting to review the Change in Zoning application on Tuesday, November 12th, 2025 for first reading, and hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 for second reading. The meeting and public hearing will be held at 7 PM (MST) or soon thereafter, as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers at 50 Lundgren Boulevard. 

We will be holding the meeting in person and viewable through the Town’s website. You may provide comment for the first Town Council meeting to Christopher Wagner by Monday, November 3rd, 2025 at 9 AM (MST). The public hearing for second reading will be held in person and viewable through the Town’s website. You may attend the public hearing in person or provide comment for the hearing to Christopher Wagner by Monday, December 1st, 2025 at 9 AM (MST).
