An additional water line is also being added for system resiliency. Schofield Excavation, LLC has paving scheduled from June 30th to mid-July.
Construction is expected to take place from Spring 2026 through Summer 2026. Throughout most of the project, two lanes will remain open, with minor traffic shifts and occasional single-lane operations outside of peak traffic hours.
