This application is for the Final Plat of The Village Phase 2 in Buckhorn Valley where they propose 14 single family 3-bedroom homes. 

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a hearing to review the application on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025 and Town Council will hold a hearing to review the application on Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, and . Both meetings  will be held at 7 PM (MST) or soon thereafter, as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers at 50 Lundgren Boulevard.

We will be holding these meetings in person and viewable through the Town’s website. To provide public comment, you may attend the meetings in person or provide comment to James Wooldridge by Monday, September 22nd, 2025 at 9 AM (MST) for the Planning and Zoning Commission, and by Monday, October 6th, 2025 at 5M (MST) for Town Council.
