Town Of Gypsum Public Parks & Amenities Use Policy 

The Town parks, park structures, and other public amenities are open to everyone and available on a first-come, first-served basis, but may be reserved and rented for special events by applying for a Special Events Permit. Use of Lundgren Amphitheater requires a Special Event Permit. All Special Event Permit applications must be received at least 60 days in advance of the event date.  

• Park and amenities are open from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
• No smoking or vaping of tobacco or any other substance.
• No alcohol, except beer and wine at the Town Hall/Library Park and Lundgren Amphitheater, as permitted by the Gypsum Municipal Code.
• No glass containers.
• No dogs or other pets.
• No vehicles on the lawn, including during loading and unloading.
• No stakes. To protect the irrigation system, tents, bounce houses, sporting equipment, and other structures requiring stakes must be secured with weights or receive prior Town approval.
• Live entertainment, amplified sound, public announcements, and other excessive noise require a pre-approved Town of Gypsum Noise Permit or Special Event Permit.
