Notice: We are pleased to announce that our new online utility payment system is now live! This new system is designed to make managing your Gypsum utility payments more convenient, efficient, and user-friendly and there are no fees for setting up an account and paying your bill in this new system.

As of 2/1/25, Xpress Bill Pay is no longer accepting Town of Gypsum utility payments. If you are currently enrolled in online autopay with Xpress Bill Pay, you will need to set up an account in our new system to continue managing your Gypsum utility payments online. 

To set up an online utility payment account:

  • First, please locate your NEW account # on your mailed/paper bill. Your old account number will no longer work.
  • Locate your last utility payment amount. Please call us if you cant find this information in any of your own files/emails.
  • Next, click this link and start setting up your account in the new system with your NEW account #. A step-by-step guide for setting up your new account is available at this link below.

Alternatively, you may make your utility payments in person at Town Hall or pay by phone by calling 1-833-262-6709.

Utility bills are mailed on the first of the month for the previous months usage, and payment is due by the 24th of each month. You may pay your bill by any of the following: 

  • Online by clicking the green button below
  • Phone call 1-833-262-6709 and follow the prompts
  • Mail to PO BOX 130, Gypsum, CO 81637 
  • Pay in person at Town Hall (50 Lundgren Blvd., Gypsum, CO 81637) 
  • After-hours drop box at Town Hall (to the left of the main Town Hall entrance)
